OAMARU BOATING CLUB BAZAAR.

MEETING OF LADIES 1 COMMITTEE. The .Ladies' Committee of the Boating; Club's bazaar, to the number of 17, met last evening in the Korero room in the A.M.P. Buildings, for the purpose of consulting as to the best method of design and display on the various stalls. The ladies were met by a few of the members of the Boating Club, who expressed the intention of carrying out the wishes of the former in the furtherance of the bazaar.' Mr J. M. Forrester, the president, was in file chair. Mr M Culloch . explained that the intention of having a stall to represent yachts had to be abandoned owing to expense and the. unsuitable■ness of the hall, and they left it to the ladies for their decision to make the necessary arrangements. Mr Forrester submitted a plan, with the positions . of the stalls, which was approved of.
