Following the dis.-ovi.-rey of plagued rats in Queen street cellars, two restaurants have be.ii closed by order of'the authorities to enable them to he thoroughly disinfected and made raiproof. One will be reojn-ned for business on Monday. The lessee bad permission to reopen this evening, but preferred to take advantage ot the temporary closing to have complete renovation made. The Health Ofticer does not anticipate any fresh cases, as the plagueVeason almost invariably ends in .lone.
