HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. (Per Peess Association.) Wellington, May 29. Following is the High Commissioner's market report, dated London, May 27th: Mutton. —There is a better tone -this week, and the market is firm, notwithstanding large receipts. Canterbury is getting very scarce, and is quoted at 3 13-I6d, North Island 3id. The lamb market is firm, with a hardening tendency. The cocksfoot "seed" market is, very quiet, nothing doing on account of the sowing season having ended. Nominally Uriglit clean New' Zealand seed weighing 171b per bushel is worth 77s 6d.
