After loading 166 tons of proi>ir,' for Napier and Gisborne, the Kowhai sailed at 12.30, via Timaru. i Tho Wairuna, having heen delayed, sill not now arrive at Oamaru before I v.tnrday. The Pukaki, having been delayed at Timaru, will not work Oamaru before ■.his evening. Tho Ngahere (John Mill and Co., K «nta) left Greymouth at midnight on li.-n'lav for Oamaru, with 400 tons of .-oil to land for the railways. She is i;» hero to-morrow morning. Ike Petone (North Otago Farmers' Association, agents) left Wcastle at midday on Thursday last-, -d is expected at Oamaru to-morrow r-h 750 tons of coal to fill local orders. jlr George Tulloch's new fishing cut=r the "Amv," was launched from 'i=rs Miller Bros.' shipbuilding sheds Port Chalmers on Friday last, and j now arrived at Oamaru.
