REVOLUTION IN MEXICO.
AMERICAN HUMBUGS. [Br Electric Telegraph—CorYiuc.iiT.] (Per Press Association.) Received March 15, at 1.10 a.m. New York, March 14. The Mexican Finance Minister here, who is also Ambassador, announced at a reception the assurance at Washington of the sincere co-operation of the American and Mexican Administrations. Mr Dickinson, the War Secretary, authorises the announcement that the Government does not contemplate, interference at any time, neither would more troops be mobilised. The Ambassador says that he has received President Taft's positive assurances of friendship for Mexico, and that the American warships had called at Mexican ports merely for coaling purposes.

Captain Creaghton, an ' American, with a band of insurgents, wrecked the railway bridges on the national railroad for a distance of 100 miles. The Federals are inactive.
