TUESD&Y, MkRCH W. \ (Before Mr T.. Hutchison, S.M:). James Meehan, charged on tHe. information of C. S. NeviTl, stock-inspec-tor 'that.on the 17th February, 1911, at Makikihi, he did feed swine on offal without-first having boiled same, pleaded guilty and was fined 20s and costs (7s). . " Kate' M'Carthy, charged on the information of the borough ranger with grazing cattle on the streets, was convicted and fined ss. John M'Donald, charged on information of the Glenavy constable with . drunkenness and using obsence language and with indecent behavior, did not appear and a warrant to apprehend was issued. Walter Robinson, charged with using obsence language at Glenavy on 7th March, pleaded guilty and was fined £2 (costs 19s Od), in default 14.days'. The same defendant was charged with being drunk on the Government railways, and was convicted and fined 5s (costs' 7s). A. Adams, charged with riding a motor cycle in the borough at an. excessive speed, was fined ss. —Civil Cases. — Judgment by default was given in the following:—M'Donald and Ellen v. M. Atwill, claim £4 5s (costs lis); Meredith and Co. v. A. M'Donald, claim £3 10s (costs 10s): A. J. Sutherland v. 11. Johnson, claim £3 13s Id (costs 10s); C.F.C.A. Ltd. v. T. Hogfin, claim £1 3s 6'd (costs 6s).
