(Pes Pbess Association.) "Wellington, March 14. The following is the weather summary and forecast: —Warm and hazy weather has prevailed with moderate to strong northerly winds. The barometer has fallen everywhere, but very slowly. A storm area* appears to be developing on the ocean between Australia and New Zealand. The present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, warm and hazy weather, with increasing cloudiness, preceding rain in all parts of the colony. Strong northerly winds are probable generally.
