A judgment was given by Judge Cooper to-day-on the motion of-the So-licitor-General, on a decre nisi "granted on 19th, March, 1910, at Gisborne, m the divorce case Jobson v. Jobs,on, -to dismiss the petition to have tfic decree made absolute. It appears That since the granting of the decco nisi the parties. The riminds of the Solicitor-General s mo-, tion were that petitioner had condoned respondent's misconduct and that the Court had not had the material facts before it at the time. The Court rescinded the decree nisi and, as -a matter of course, dismissed the petition for a decree absolute, which was desired I>\ both parties.
