CO-OPERATIVE LABORERS DISSATISFIED.

The men engaged on construction work on the Westport-Inangahua railway- complain, they have- been paid only 8s (3d a day instead, of the 9s they stato they wero led to belicvo they would bo paid. They also state that somo of tho men on co-opcrativo contract work made a little over those wages, and have had tho rate nut down 6d a yard, nn action which they consider is unfair to them. Tho Wcstport Labor Union is in com-, munication with tho Minister of Public Works on tho matter.
