MINE ACCIDENT.
[By Electric Telegraph—Coeyiugiit.l (Per Press Association.) Received-'October 18, at 0.35 p.m. Berlin, October 17. As a . cage containing 35 men was descending in a Westphalia mme the controlling cable broke and three- men were killed and,twelve seriously injured. The" corresponding cage was violently jerked upwards, all those in it being injured'.
