Court issued a writ-finding that Nodine liadf refused to sign a; lease of-Hannah's premises 'as :ordered Seven days were ; allowed' Nodine which, to .comply, but tlie;lease, lias, not been signed, and. as Nodine' still refuses, the Court, after I administering severe rebuke,'-ordered: him to be committed to gaol for three ■ calendar months. At the end of thatsi period if the, lease is not signed by-v Nodine the Court can order that it beo signed'by another person,on his behalf,: and ; lie- will then-be still liable for the - rein.. , - 1 .
