Mr Ha a ruff (Independent) wan elected for Pretoria North. Many seats have, been offered to Mr Louis. Botha, who has accepted Standcrton. The miners largely supported tho Unionists. The latest returns are: Nationalists o2; Unionists, 36; Labor, <1- ; Independents, 10.
