(Pfu Phf.«s AssoriiATK'N.) Wellington,. June 22. It is a beautiful day for the Governor's reception. The Ulimaroa arrived at 8 o'clock, but in order to take advantage of the usual half-holiday the Tntanekai, with the Ministers on board, took l his Excellency off, and is now cruising about the harbor to fill in the time till the official landing takes place at 2 p.m. Flags are flying over all the buildings, and a dais has been built in front of the Post Office opposite the entrance to the wharf, where the Mayor will first welcome Lord Islington in the name of the city.
