Dnnediu, Slarch 30. His Excellency the Governor continued his tour of Otago to-day. He visited Palmerston this morning and was accorded an enthusiastic reception. He Mas entertained at luncheon there, and subs>equentl\ came on to Port Chalmers till to-morrow morniijg, and will then come to Dunedin, opening the Hocken Library iji the, afternoon. On Friday he will..'proceed south.
