DOCTOR ADMITS ERROR.

The trial of I)r Carlo Fiaschi and Nurso Young, on a charg-r? of the manslaughter of the girl Nightingale at Lithgoiv on January 10th lias opened. The doctor, who had previously stated that there was no indication oi an'operation for hemorrhoids, and that an important organ was missing, gave evidence that the supposed missing organ was to-day, in the presence of a niimbcr of medical experts, found attached to another organ. There were •also indications of an operation for hemorrhoids. Under the circumstances, he 'therefore reversed his previous evidence, whichN arose through the abnormal condition of the organs.
