After the races, there was a second rouoid of refreshments, and before leaving for home Mr Henderson, on behalf of the residents, called the) company together and presented Mish Burnside with a handsome gold watch, lit the course of a few words ho acknowledged •Miss Burnside's services. 'Messrs Howden, Haugh, and Dasler also made a fowl remarks as to Miss Burnside's abilities, and wished her success in her future <:;«- reor. Miss Burnside- suitably replied!..
