The Russian line extends from Haicheng to Mo-tien-ling. Admiral Skrvdloif has hoisted his flag on the cruiser Rossia at Vladivostock. The Japanese squadron is cruising between Gensan and Vladivostock. The Times' steamer Haimun reports that Japan has landed at least a hundred and fifty thousand troops in Manchuria, and th» Liaotung Peninsula.
