The Chief Justico is hoaring a claim for L5Ol against the Union Company by Tromson, one of those injured by the slipping of a warp when the Tarawora was bolng moored. Judge Edwards has bofore him a libel action for L5Ol by Michaol Higgina against the Evening Post. Higgins, who describes himself as a bookmaker, was fined for loitering, and the Post, in a paragraph recording the fact, used the word " loafor," which plaintiff alleges is u reflection on him. No less than three Supremo Court ousoa were going on this morning.
