The British colonies havo beon allotted 25,000 foet in the mum building at the forthcoming Paris Exhibition. Australia will receive 11,000 feet in the Trocadoro, and 8000 foot in the main building, this space being divisible amongst the eovoral colonies on the basis of population. The allotment will remain opon to ncceptanoo till August first. Sir Androw Clark, Agent-General for Victoria, has boon appointed Australasian representative on the British Executive Committee. Ho was delighted to hear that the colonials wero willing to make considerable concessions to advance Imperial unity. Lord Brassoy stated that whenever a call was mado tho colonies, in proportion to their resources, would bo eager to stand shouldor to shoulder with the Motherland, oven against the world. Mr Reevos said tho most distant parts of tho Etnpiro wore watching events occurring at Hawardon with deep interest and sorrow.
