(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (per. united press association. ) Received January 16, at 9.45. a.m. London, January 15. A despatch from the Niger Coast Protectorate states that Captain Boisragon, Mr Locke, and 20 native carriers have returned having escaped the massacre of Mr Phillips' expedition. They were wounded and wandered in the bosh for six days before being saved.
