(BT TELEORAPH.) Accklaxd, March 29. The Trades Delegates Conference sat to-day. The Industri.il Conciliation Bill was considered. Messrs Huddart and Parker's wages sheet was considered in committee. A resolution was carried for a clause in the Factory Act providing that clothing of all descriptions made to sale or order be made in registered factories only. The Master and Apprentices Bill and the BUI drafted by Mr J. A. Millar, Dunedin, were jointly considered. Three months' probation was amended to a month, and the new clause added. The paying of a premium for apprenticeship was prohibited under a penalty of LSO for each offence. March 30. The Trades Conference this morning unanimously affirmed the desirability of the federation of the various trades councils throughout New Zealand. A draft scheme of federation was then considered.
