For United Kingdom anil Kurope, and South America, via Kio de -Jaueii'o per lonic, at 2 p.m. Monev orders and registered letters at 1 p.m. .Newspapers, at 1.30 p.m. Parcel post closes at I.p.m. Late letters can be ported at the ti-.ivei-ling post otiice attached to the northern express till departure of train (3 p.m.), provided siich fetters are stamped with an additional single rate of postage, viz., 2.U1, as a late fee.
