CHRISTCHURCH GRAIN AND. PRODUCE REPORT. •• (From the Canterbury Times.) Die week has been exceedingly barren of anyltem calling for.particular remark in the gain market. Business remains quiet, with a limited enquiry .noticeable. Wheat.—There is no change in the value of wheat. Best milling has been sold at 4s 3d to 4s 4d. ~A few odd lots of inferior haTe changed hands at 3s 6d to 3s 9d. Chick has been quitted in small parcels at 2s to 2s 6d. •Oara stand as before, with not much passing. - Best milling are quoted at Is 7d to Is Bd,!and Is 3d to Is 5d for feed sorts. "Barley 1 femains unaltered. Best malting b quoted at 3s 3d to 3s 6d, and other sorts range from 2s 6d to 2s lOd. Feed parcels are very dnll of sale. "Flour. —A fair demand has been felt for floor at LlO to Lll, according to brand. Rye-grass.—No business has yet transpired in rye-grass, although several parcels for forward delivery have been under offer. Cocksfoot, of the new crop, has also been placed under offer, but nothing has been done, buyers and sellers differing consider-
