TO THE EWTOR OF THE EVENING MAIL. Sir,—ln reading your notice of the remarks made by me, as reported in the " Waitangi Tribune," July 19, respecting thenpossessing two finer piano 3 than are to be found in either Oamaru or Dunedin, I beg to state what I really said was, that they possessed, in their " Public Halls " (such as are let for concerts, &c.), two finer instruments than are to be found in Dunedin or Oamaru, in any of theiv public places of amusement. 1 am, &c.
