A husband's bad temper does not amount to much m. the legaj sense, it seems, for "Interpreter's" dictum Is this: You. have no ground for a divorce and none for separation unless the temper has amounted to persistent cruelty. * As you have left your husband on insufficient legal grounds, you could claim maintenance only if you are Unable to support yourself.
