Reported Sale of Opera House. To the Williamson Firm. It is understood that negotiations are pending for the sale by the Wellington Opera" House Co., Ltd., of its two Opera Houses, (the Grand and Everybody's Theatre) to the Williamson theatrical firm. The idea is for the shareholders m the Opera House Company to be i'opaid for their interest, by ueing allotted shares m the Williamson concern. ° - Before the deal is completed ratification by the local company's shareholders will be necessary.
