TE KUITI RACING CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Te Kuiti j Racing Club will be held on Saturday, ] February 10. The club Is going m for j a good programme, and a perusal of j same will well repay owners. The Te ! Kuiti Cup Is worth 300sovs., and the j Stewards' Handicap, six furlongs, 175 soys. The Farmers' Plate, 8% furlongs, should bo the usual popular event It is a race with special weights and gentlemen riders. A maiden handicap i of 7 furlongs, c 5 furlongs hack race and. a hack hurdles, are interesting features of the programme. The nomination and acceptance fees are most reasonable, and as owners can see their weights for one soverelgm there will no doubt be a big response when secretary J. H. Trinnear closes his lists on January 19.
