The sausage known as a "Prager Wurst" ia one of the most esteemed delikatessen of the capital of Bohemia. There Is, however, universal complaint that its proportions are rapidly diminishing owing to the stress of war. The following story from the "Vosalsche Zeiturig" illustrates this/ Lady: "What does the Prager Wurat cost?" Shopman : "Twenty- four heller." Lady : "All right, wrap It up for me." Shopman! "Have you any paper? Paper is very scarce, gracious lady." Lady: "Paper? Oh, yea, here's ray trara ticket, which I luckily have not thrown away ; but pack It carefully, so that it won't fall through the hole which the conductor punched In the ticket."
