West's- and Hayward's Pictures. •Thursday last saw a further change of programme at the Star Theatre, Newtown, quite up to the high standard of merit long since established by a capable management. "Cosette," a Vitagraph \ dramatisation of Victor Hugo's famous book, occupies place of honor. - A representation of \ the traffic of London is of special interest, . and causes one ' to marvel at the extraordinary activity of "the hub of the universe." Other good pjctui-es include "Where Destiny Guides," "Simple Charity," and' "liiree Men and a Girl." A matinee will be, held this (Saturday) afternoon. .
