Crowded houses .Have shown their •appreciation" of Messrs Fuller's change of programme, this week at the Theatre Royal, where "vaudeville m all its sparkling variety may be seen and heard. Farrell . and G-afiney, comedians and dancers, have been experiencing a 'howling success. The former has but one leg, his left leg having been amputated, and he figures as a military hero m. a comedy sketch, "The Army and Navy," Gaffney being the typical tar. Miss Mabel Lynne makes her re-appearance m a vivacious turn, after, an absence of four .years, and malaes a great hit with her lively song, "The Brass Band," which nightly earns a double encore. Harry Sadler has afi extensive repertoire of comicalities which includes "Postman." and "Couldn't Help it— Had to," both, of which arouse the gods to enthusiastic applause- George Dean's popularity as a great vaudeville entertainer is by no means on the wane, his chief eftusions being "Moods and Tenses," "What You can get for a Penny," and "End of the, Act. 1 ? Mr J. M. West can properly claim to be a really great equilibrist, and 'his performances are undoubtedly clever and skilful, while the less said for the Pedros the better for the Pcdros and the management. Other artists include Beryl Gilma, Beattie McDonald, T. Vivian, Decile S-tephano, Nellie Searle, aaad the Kelly Sisters. A diversified programane terminates with Harry ' Sadler's screaming' faioe, "At the Ball." Hanco, the handcuff man, • re-appears for a short . season': on Monday evening next, on t which": occasion Miss Maud Kinehella (>a soprano) -and Miss 'Daphne Leslie (a "serio-comic) will make the acquaintance of the Royal's fashionable audiences. .
