West's Pictures and the Bresciaos. Big business has been done all the week by the West .piotures and those talented and amusing Brescians, and a new programme is being given sonight. The pictures are among the very best ever- Mr West has given xis and some of those that will go on to-night should be seen by all. The season closes an Tuesday night.
Mr . Alex. Verne, with ' the Holloway Dramatic Co., arrives from the South to-morrow morning. The Company will go on to Gisborne and play the small towns, opening m Wellington on February 25th.
The McMahon Company arrived m Wellington yesterday, from Nelson, after a very successful tour of the West Coast of the South Island. They play Foxton during the race meeting and then proceed to Christchurch, where they open a week's season on the 26th.
