At the wool sales competition showed much improvement, compared with the opening series. All well-grown merino#? showing quality mot with a keen demand. The market displayed no material change in values, but there was a. decidedly better tone and a hardening tendency on finer merinos. Comebacks and crossbred mad© full late rates. Greasy merino sold to 30£d, the highest price so far of the season.
