(Received November 11, 7.5 p.m.) BERLIN, November 10. “We Socialists will not rest until the army supported by the Republic is loyal to the Republio to the last man,’’ said Herr Loebe, President of the Reichstag, in addressing Parliament in his capacity as a Socialist deputy. “Some people believe that if a rebellion occurs,” bn added, “the Reich*, wehr will adhere to the Monarchists, and others believe the army will break up. “It is essential that the selection of recruits should no longer he entrusted to Nationalist organisations, hut should be transferred to Government organisations. Even to-day I am informed that officers sympathising with the Monarchists are maintaining recruiting bureaux for the Reichswchr at Hanau and Fulda.”
