EUROPEAN STATES HOSTILE (Received June 25, 7.5 p.m.) At the Labour Migration Congress, M. Mader (Belgium) said his country was as strongly opposed to the policy of Australia anil Canada as were Polaud and Italy. Mr Brown, the secretary, in summing up, said it was the extreme viewpoints of Australia and Canada, on the one hand, and of India on the other, that made the congress valuable.
