RAIN PROBABLE (Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong and freshening northerly winds backing to westerlies shortly. Weather changeable and showery in the northernmost districts, and cloudy and unsettled generally, with rain following in many parts. Barometer falling. D. C. BATES. Meteorological Office, Wellington.
