Tlie evidence showed that the deceased, who was riding a bicycle, had been struck from behind and thrown against the windscreen of the car. Dennison was arrested on a charge of manslaughter. Bail was allowed in a surety of £2OO, and the accused was leinanded to appear on April 7th.
