UNDESIRABLES FINED STOLE A MOTOR-OAR. Pet Press Association. MARTON, March »j At the Bulls Police Court this morrs Ing, Francis Thomas Durran and Colin Edwards, described by the police as “undesirables of Die worst type;” were fined £2O, with the alternative of three months’ imprisonment, for the unlawful conversion of a motor-car. and were convicted and discharged on a charge of th'eft of benrine. Durran. for nsing obscene language, was fined £2O, with the alternative of three months’ imprisonment. The accused had been sentenced, Durran to nine months and Edwards to three months, hut appealed _ to the bench for the option of paying fines, and the sentences were amended to those given above. Both had bad lists of previous convictions.
