Dear Fairiel, —I have been to Wellington for a holiday. 1 ■ 1 vi as glad when school started. I am in Standard 4 now. I go to Mangamaire School, and we have got a now tennis court. - My rabbit is full-grown now. I am going to draw my duck with her five little ones. - - My sister-has gone to Wellington for a holiday, so I help mother with the .work. 'I got a lot of blackberries yesterday. I have had the toothache to-day. , . Well,-dear Fairiel, it is time for bed. —Your loving Elf, I’EGGY.
