NEW PRINCESS THEATRE

LAST SATURDAY’S SPORTS: EXCLUSIVE FILM. ' In addition to the ordinary hill at the Now Princess Theatre is a film of tho athletic sports taken last Saturday. The film is exclusive to the New Princess Theatre, and should draw packed houses every night. The picture shows all tho principal events of the day, including tho heats of the ladies’ 120yds handicap, the invitation ' race where Leadbetter is seen leading for first place, and tho 300yds race, with Schoiz benting Leadbetter. He is also seen winning the 220yds from Jenkins. A good section of tho film is that of the mile test, with A. 'D. Priestly finishing first and Rose close up. itahn is shown winning the 1000 yds with ease. The part that creates the meat enthusiasm is the scene where Rose wins the two-mile handicap from scratch. There are "shots” of all parts of tho park with its 15,000 spectators, which aro more than amusing and interesting. Tho children’s races also call forth much applause. On the programme is “Thy Name Is Woman,” a beautiful drama with Barbara La Mnrr. There is also "Where lbs Pavement Ends,” a gripping talc of the South Seas, and another "Leather Pushers” story', "Don CoyTho orchestra is heard at its .best each" night.
