RIFLE SHOOTING
THE COLONEL COLLINS MEMO* RIAL CUP In memory of her late husband, Colonel R. J. Collins, who was for so many years at the head of the Dominion and the National Rifle Associations, Mrs Collins has presented to tho National Rifle Association a pilver cup as a challenge trophy to be awarded yearly to the winner of the grand aggregate at the New Zealand championship rifle meeting. This action is deeply appreciated by the members of the association, who hold the memory of the late Colonel Collins in affectionate regard. It is indeed fitting that the name of one who gave so much of his life to the encouragement of rifle shooting in New Zealand, should have a permanent place on tho programme of the National Rifle Association.
