PARAMOUNT WEEK
UNIQUE EXPLOITATION CONTEST. The plana already made for the Paramount. Week Exploitation Contest of 1925 emphatically forecast that the event will be the greatest and most successful of Its kind. Particularly is this evidenced by the amount of two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) which is this year offered in prize money, this representing a most substantial increase over the already large amount of last year. In addition, there will he the magnificent Paramount Week Exploitation Shield, valued at one hundred guineas, and a photo of which appears on this page. * Small shields will be affixed fpr the purpose of recording the individual winners of each year. .The exhibitor’s name and the name of his theatre will'be inscribed each year ; and in those instances of one theatre belonging to a chain of houses winning, then the name of the chain, together with the names of the manager of the winning theatre. Thp Paramount Week Exploitation Shield will travel each year, at Paramount’s expense, from the relinquishing theatre to the new winner. -
