There are some really beautiful spots in Wellington, and an abundance of native bush, some property-owners being fortunate in possessing a fair share of bush and shrubs. A case in point is worth mentioning. A new eight-roomed residence (almost completed) is offered for sale in beautiful Kelburn, and this particular property comprises some perfect native bush, and having an extremely sunny outlook, should be in good demand.
