VENDORS PUNISHED “If a milk-seller comes before me it is no use him putting forward any excuse unless he has tested his milk her We it has left the dairy,” said Mr C. R. Orr-Walker, S.M., at the Magistrate’s Court, yesterday, when Arthur David Benge was asked to answer three charges of selling milk with an added percentage of water. The defendant pleaded that he had no knowledge of how the water came to be in with the milk. He was fined £3 and costs on each' charge. James Feely, on a similar charge, was fined £3 and costs.
