PRISONER RECAPTURED
SENTENCE ADDED TO. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, August 7. Alfred Thompson, who escaped from gaol and was recaptured the same day, was sentenced to twelve months’ hard labour this morning, to be cumulative on the sentence he is now serving of one month and twelve months’ reformative detention.
