tUHR COALFIELD PARALYSED APPEAL TO BERLIN. Beater's Telegram. LONDON, July 22. The Cologne, Dortmund, Duisburg, esel, Essen, and Munster Chambers Commerce have appealed by teleaph to the Chancellor and other inisters for State intervention in a ining crisis which is threatening to iralyse the Ruhr. Wholesale dismissals occur daily. The directors at Weindahlsba hare nounced their intention of stopping e pumping machinery and letting the ine become flooded. There is further trouble in the Bonn region, where miners were disssed because they refnsed to work o shifts of 12 honrs instead of three eight hours.
