THE BISHOP OF OXFORD. Ai:** » 1 V / A ‘.s-./’i-.i ion (Received June 12, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 11. The Right Rev. Hubert M. Burge, Bishop of Oxford, is dead. He was headmaster of Repton Schol in 1900, and of Winchester from 1901 to 1911, when he was appointed Bishop of Southwark. He became Bishop of Oxford in 1919.
