That the bulb committee b®- asked to tabulate a-list of 160 best, standard varieties of narcissi, priced at not more than 5s each, with a view.of eliminating out-of-date sorts,- ... . - REGISTERED BOARDS. - A Gisborne remit to the effect that th# Government paw regulations requiring that aH'growjurs for sale should have a registered- number or brand, and that such number or-, brand, shohld be on all boxes or containers in which plants were grown or offered-for sale,, wa# ’voted out- .. . It was decided 'that the next annual- meeting of the. association should be held in Dunedin, and thereafter the place and ; time ,of meeting to be decided from year to year. DISEASES OF BULBS. Reference was made by .Mr ,V. Davies (Taranaki) to the rapid spread of diseases among bulbs, and it was decided that'the Government be asked iff make regulations under which aU who grew and sold bulb# must register and come 1 under inspection. The following officials were elected far the ensuing year (—-President, Mr T. D- Lennie; North lelandvice-preei-ident, Mr W. T. • Benefield (Wanganui) ; South Island vice-president, Mr A. H. Christie (Dunedin).
