LABOUR SILENT

IN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. LEAVING THE FLOOR CLEAR. It was remarked to & “New Zealand Times” reporter that the Labour members of the House of Representatives" continued to sit silent yesterday when the Address-in-R-eply debate d continued. It is stated to be their intention to leave the floor to the Liberals, probably up to the time when Mr T. M. Wufora’s want of confidence motion is put to the House. Whether or not a Labour amendment will be tabled, should the vote go against the Liberal Leader, is not yet decided, but it is considered, probable that such will he the case.
