The lawn tennis championships were continued in fine weather. • In the final of the women’s singles championship, Miss Lance defeated Miss Boyd, 6—-3, 3—6, 6 —4. In the final of the mixed doubles, Willard-Miss Akhurst beat Hone-Miss Boyd. 6—3, 6 —4.
