Allied and Greek Commissioners have signed an agreement establishing a neutral zone four miles between tho Greek and Turkish outpoete. NEW ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES. (Received August 20, 5.5 p.m.) ATHENS, Auguet 18 % Asked whether, after the transmission of the last Allied Note, the application of new administrative measures in Asia Minor had been adjourned, M. S'tratos replied in the negative, adding that the application of measures would be hastened.
